We offer various types of courses and, depending on the type of course, the payment rules vary. The specific rules for each type of course are listed below:
Payment Rules
Monthly Payment Courses
- There is a refundable registration fee of €50, except for the Spanish courses provided by Taronja School, which have a fee of €39.

- Fees are collected by direct debit. It is essential to be up-to-date with payments to attend classes.
- Direct debit receipts returned by the bank will incur an extra charge of €5.75 for the bank’s commission, or €10 will be withheld from the registration fee, which will not be refunded.
Intensive Courses
- Intensive courses must be paid at the beginning unless specified by the academy that they can be paid in installments.
- Paying the reservation fee commits you to the payment of the second installment.
- Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund of the course fee.
- Payment can be made through the website, by bank transfer, or in cash or card at the academy.
- Intensive courses conducted by Taronja are subject to their internal rules.
Courses Requiring a Confirmation Letter for a Visa
- At least half of the total amount of the course must be paid in order to receive the letter of admission.
- In case the visa is denied, the academy will refund the amount paid by the student, except for the administration fee of 100€, which will not be refunded under any condition.

Attendance and Cancellations
Monthly Payment Courses
- Withdrawals must be communicated to the academy at least 7 days before the end of the current month. Otherwise, the registration fee/deposit will be forfeited.

For All Courses
- To ensure the smooth running of all classes, our sessions end 5 minutes before the scheduled time. This adjustment ensures that the following classes start at the scheduled time and facilitates the change of teachers and students between sessions, ensuring a smooth transition without interruptions. This is the usual operation of La Llibreta an is contemplated within the couse schedule, without affecting the content being taught.
- In the event that students cannot attend a class, please notify the center as soon as possible through any of our means of communication (mail, call or Whatsapp).
- Non-attendance does not entitle the student to a refund of the course fee.
Material
- Conversation classes do not include a book and the material is provided free of charge. In addition, the conversation classes will not be recorded.
- Valencian courses: the material, valued at 30€, is paid together with the first monthly payment and includes access to the virtual classroom and a printed dossier.
- Students of PAU, PAU+25, PCE and Access to Degrees will pay 10€ per subject for the access to the virtual classroom or 20€ for the printed material and the access to the virtual classroom.

- All printed material must be picked up by the student at our center during customer service hours by him/herself or by a person designated for this purpose.
